Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • In the event of high order volumes, processing may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (Within Sweden):

    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • International Shipping (Within Europe):

    • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
    • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and external factors beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Aurora Trading is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@auroratrading.se with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

For lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. If the issue is not resolved, reach out to us for further assistance.
